1. Return Policy
- We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page, providing your order details and the reason for the return.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, the refund will be issued in the form of cash or a voucher that can be redeemed for a future purchase.
- Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to be processed and sent to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Some products, such as jewelry and items marked as “final sale” or “clearance,” may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons, the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
